My Snug Pet ships pet products to customers in the United Kingdom from our online store at mysnugpet.com.

Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a dispatch email when tracking is available.

Estimated delivery

UK delivery is typically estimated at 5 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on the product, warehouse availability, courier capacity, and the delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we will keep customers informed if we become aware of a significant delay.

Shipping costs

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking link or number will be sent by email after dispatch. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
